Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services offered by Chief AI Wiz, including all content, materials, programs, courses, live trainings, digital products, Claude Skills, ChatGPT Plugins, and other AI tools (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our websites, including chiefaiwiz.com and academy.chiefaiwiz.com (the “Sites”), and all products and programs offered through them. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

Chief AI Wiz and La Gurú de IA are trademarks owned and operated by 10X Cloud Value LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our courses, community, and digital products are hosted at academy.chiefaiwiz.com through systeme.io, a third-party platform. Claude Skills and ChatGPT Plugins are installed in your own Claude or ChatGPT account, which are separate third-party platforms operated by Anthropic and OpenAI.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into binding contracts. The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information.

You are granted access to the program, course, or product you purchased, together with its associated materials, for the duration specified at the time of purchase, starting from your purchase date or the program start date. This includes recordings, resources, live sessions, and downloadable materials. Course access lasts for the period stated at purchase and does not include lifetime access to any course, community, live session, recording, or platform. The Claude Skills and ChatGPT Plugins included in your purchase are Downloadable Files, covered by Section 8.

Access to any program, course, or product is for individual use only. Sharing your access credentials, or allowing others to view or participate under your account, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this term may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Payment for all Services must be made in full at the time of registration, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers, such as Stripe and PayPal. By clicking the purchase button at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. All sales are final, as described in Section 5.

By registering for any Chief AI Wiz program, course, or digital product, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or cancellations are permitted. All sales are final due to the live and digital nature of the Services. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded, even if you cannot attend or complete the program. Access begins immediately after purchase, and you consent to immediate delivery. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we may end your access.

Where a Service is offered on a subscription basis, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. No refunds are issued after a renewal has been processed. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile.

By registering for or participating in any Chief AI Wiz live training session, you acknowledge and grant permission to be recorded. These recordings may capture your voice, image, and any content you share during the sessions. You grant 10X Cloud Value LLC and Chief AI Wiz the right to use these recordings, and your image, likeness, voice, and any statements or content you share during live sessions or in the community platform, for training, marketing, sales, promotional, and any other lawful purposes, in perpetuity. This release applies to all materials captured during live sessions or posted in the community. Chief AI Wiz retains full ownership of all materials, recordings, and content created during live sessions.

All content, materials, and resources provided through the Services, including courses, videos, PDFs, recordings, community content, Claude Skills, and ChatGPT Plugins, are the exclusive intellectual property of 10X Cloud Value LLC.

Course content. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use course videos, recordings, and community content solely for your personal use during your access period.

Downloadable Files. Claude Skill files, ChatGPT Plugin files, and documents that we make available to download with your purchase (“Downloadable Files”) are yours to keep. Once you have paid, you have a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own personal or internal business use. We still own them.

What you may not do. You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense, or use any material to build a competing product, and you may not redistribute, copy, or modify materials without written authorization. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of access without a refund and may lead to legal action.

No lifetime service. The license for Downloadable Files covers the files only. It does not include lifetime access to any course, community, live session, recording, or platform, or any support, maintenance, updates, or compatibility with future versions of ChatGPT, Claude, or other tools.

The materials within our products and services are confidential. Sharing, distributing, or using them outside their intended purpose will result in account suspension and may result in legal action for damages.

Some of the links provided in our programs, community, or materials may be affiliate links, meaning Chief AI Wiz may earn a commission if you make a purchase through those links.

Some Services include AI assistants delivered as Claude Skills and ChatGPT Plugins, which you install in your own Claude or ChatGPT account. We do not have access to the data you enter into these tools. Any data you enter into ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI’s Privacy Policy. Any data you enter into Claude is governed by Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.

Please give us only the information needed to access and use our Services, usually your name and email. Do not enter client personal data, confidential documents, passwords, or financial account numbers into forms, courses, or AI tools.

Disclaimer: Responses generated by AI assistants (Claude Skills or ChatGPT Plugins) rely on third-party artificial intelligence models and platforms, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude models, and other AI tools and products. Artificial intelligence models can make mistakes, generate errors, or produce inaccurate information (“hallucinations”). All AI-generated responses, recommendations, and course materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, auditing, and verifying any AI-generated response before relying on it or implementing it in your business or decisions.

Our courses, community, and digital products are hosted at academy.chiefaiwiz.com, powered by systeme.io. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Claude Skills and ChatGPT Plugins run in your own Claude or ChatGPT account, operated by Anthropic and OpenAI. We are not responsible for data breaches, platform failures, or service interruptions caused by these third-party providers. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information, as well as the use of cookies, are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Use the Sites respectfully. Do not post offensive, illegal, or infringing content. Do not attempt to manipulate the Sites or access other users’ data. Breaking these rules may lead to account suspension without refund.

Our products and Services are provided “as is,” without guarantees of any specific outcome or result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chief AI Wiz and 10X Cloud Value LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, economic losses, or damages arising from misuse of content, in any way connected to the use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold 10X Cloud Value LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Sites or your violation of these Terms.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), if you believe any content infringes on your copyright, you may contact our Designated Agent:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules. Each party covers its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or through a notice on the Sites at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards so the Sites are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

We may interrupt access to the Sites or to course content for maintenance or technical reasons without prior notice. We are not responsible for losses resulting from these interruptions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
