Privacy Policy

10X Cloud Value, LLC, doing business as Chief AI Wiz (“Chief AI Wiz,” “we”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control it. It applies to chiefaiwiz.com, academy.chiefaiwiz.com, and all of our pages, forms, courses, workshops, and communications.

Information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number (only if you give it), country or city, professional information (for example, your role in real estate), and the details needed to purchase or register. We ask only for what we need to give you access, usually your name and email. Payment card data is processed directly by the payment processor; we do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source, and cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Content you share: messages you send us, form responses, and anything you share in live sessions or in the community, as described in our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, may count as “sharing” under some US state laws. You can decline them in our cookie settings, or write to us to opt out.

We only share data with providers that help us run the business, and only for these purposes:

We use essential cookies so the sites and checkout work. For non-essential cookies, we ask for your consent before they load, where the law requires it:

• Essential: keep you signed in, run the checkout, and remember your choices.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand how the sites are used.
• Advertising: Meta Pixel, to measure and optimize ads.

You can change your choice at any time in our cookie settings, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working.

We use platforms with SSL encryption and secure servers. We keep your data for as long as you have an account or a business relationship with us, and for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting records. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own privacy and security commitments.

You can delete your account or adjust your preferences through your account profile. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask us to stop using it for marketing, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. Write to us at alejandra@chiefaiwiz.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD, and residents of some US states have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing of their data.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 gave us personal information without verifiable parental consent, we delete it.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
