In 2026, I began offering them as Claude Skills, so you can delegate tasks to them with Claude Cowork. Each Skill contains the instructions, real estate processes, and resources behind an assistant.

What are ChatGPT Plugins and Claude Skills?
Each assistant contains the instructions, real estate processes, and resources behind one job. A Claude Skill installs in Claude, and a ChatGPT Plugin installs in your own ChatGPT account. You open the assistant and it already knows the work, so you are not prompting from scratch.
What's the difference between a ChatGPT plugin and a Claude skill?
For you, nothing changes. It's the same assistant, trained the same way, doing the same job. ChatGPT calls it a plugin. Claude calls it a skill. Use it in the AI you already work with and you get the same results.
What happened to the custom GPTs?
I originally created these assistants as custom GPTs inside ChatGPT. OpenAI announced that it is retiring custom GPTs, so your assistants are being upgraded to ChatGPT Plugins by December 10. These are downloadable versions of your assistants, with their instructions and resources included, that you install in your own ChatGPT account. When the plugins are ready, I add a video showing you how to install them.
What is Claude Cowork?
Claude is an AI assistant, like ChatGPT. Cowork is the part of Claude that works with your actual files and folders instead of only chatting in a window. That is why a Claude Skill can hand you a finished spreadsheet or document, instead of text you have to copy and paste somewhere else.
Do I need to pay for ChatGPT?
ChatGPT Plugins install in your own ChatGPT account. The plan you need for plugins is set by OpenAI and can change, so I confirm it in the install tutorial. Free accounts hit usage limits fastest, and image generation is limited, which comes up with Leo and Vik.
Do I need to pay for Claude?
For your Skills in regular Claude chat, no. You can install and use them on a free Claude plan. Free accounts hit usage limits fastest. Claude Pro, currently $20 a month, gives you much more room.
For Claude Cowork, yes. Cowork needs the Claude desktop app and a paid plan, Claude Pro or higher, starting at $20 a month.
How long do I have access?
Your course access lasts one year from purchase. That covers the video tutorials and course materials.
Your Claude Skills and ChatGPT Plugins are downloadable files, and they are yours to keep after your course access ends. You can use them for your own business, including new listings, clients, and marketing campaigns. You may not resell or share them. I do not promise updates or compatibility with future versions of ChatGPT or Claude.
Is access immediate?
Yes, you get immediate access as soon as your purchase is complete.
Cancellation and refund policy
All sales are final. The purchase is non-cancellable and non-refundable, due to the extensive development behind these tools and the value they are built to deliver. Free trials are not available.

What support is included?
Every assistant comes with a step-by-step video tutorial, plus the install walkthrough for your Claude Skills. During your access period, use the Comments section under any lesson for a question about a step, what an assistant can or cannot do, a bug, or an improvement you want. I read every one personally and answer within 48 hours.
It does not include hands-on technical support. I am not troubleshooting your computer or your accounts, and there is no live support desk. If you want live help getting Claude Cowork set up, that is what my live Claude Cowork workshop is for.
How safe is my business info?
Your ChatGPT Plugins run on OpenAI's infrastructure and your Claude Skills run on Anthropic's. Both follow strict privacy and security standards, and both let you turn off model training in your settings. Do that.
As the creator, I do not have access to your data or files on either platform. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information with any AI, and use good judgment about what leaves your office.
